Our comfortably furnished spacious apartment is on the ground floor in the centre of Royal Palm. The large terrace overlooks an island of 4 palm trees and gardens beyond which is one of the swimming pools.

The apartment sleeps 2- 4 persons and is legally registered for letting with on-site letting office.

The apartment has a good sized lounge with dining area. The large comfortable sofa includes a bed pull-out.  There is Satellite flat screen TV with BBC, ITV, Sky  Sports, movies etc, DVD player,  music system, along with some CD’s and  books. The french windows open out onto the balcony. where you have a table and chairs and two reclining sun-loungers for your personal use.

The fully equipped kitchen area (new for 2010) has both conventional and microwave ovens, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, etc.
The fully-tiled bathroom is newly refurbished in 2009 with bath, shower and vanity unit.  There's a washing machine too.

The spacious bedroom has comfortable twin beds which can be made up as a large double,  plenty of storage/hanging space, a safe, and french windows opening to the balcony.   Also an individual Z bed.
Linen and bathroom towels are changed weekly.

The owners office offers the usual reception services - information leaflets, daily newspapers, internet cafe, postcards, car hire, Safe Deposit boxes. All apartments have telephones installed for incoming calls and outside lines can be arranged.

There is Wi-Fi and a Laundry on site.

Rosie’s Cantina is an on-site Bar and Mexican Restaurant catering for everyone.
The bar opens every evening at 6 and  makes a convivial meeting venue for friends made around the pool.  The restaurant enjoys a good reputation and is very reasonable.

There are nearby excellent bars and restaurants to suit various tastes for those who do not choose to stroll down to the town.

There is a Taxi rank nearby and a two good local supermarkets, one with fresh meat and fish, plus the RCI resort of Beverley Hills with Gym and Sports facilities just over the road for the energetic!
